Cut crystal catches the light through geometric facets, frosted medallions, a scalloped rim, and two integrated handles, all lifted above an Italian marble base. A brass-tone floral collar joins the materials, bringing this compact 11-inch lamp remarkable density and texture. The marble is stamped "CATCO Made in Italy," while the crystal retains its original "Made in Romania" label—evidence of an Italian-assembled piece using Romanian crystal components between approximately 1978 and 1984. Those surviving marks offer provenance at two levels and make the material journey unusually legible.
